On the Ground Floor are the living & dining spaces. The heart of the villa is its book-lined library, candle-scented reception rooms, and cozy lounge, where time seems to slow down. Sink into sumptuous couches, unwind with a book, or gather around the fireplace for intimate conversations.

A 23 sqm farmhouse kitchen, complete with a separate scullery, makes meal preparation effortless, whether you’re enjoying a relaxed breakfast or preparing a feast. The dining nook offers a casual spot for morning coffee, while the grand dining room, perfect for banquets and special gatherings, provides a formal setting for memorable meals.

Mornings begin in the bright sunroom, where French doors open to the back garden and pool, allowing you to savor your breakfast with views of rolling lawns and sunlit terraces.
