Nestled beneath the majestic Simonsberg Mountain, this charming cottage offers magnificent views over the Boschendal Estate and surrounding valley. Located just 2 km from the main Werf, the property provides a serene and relaxed atmosphere with its expansive verandah, outside dining area beneath the oak trees, and an eco-friendly swimming pool. The cottage is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, with additional space available in the garden annex for 4 more guests, making it ideal for families or small groups.

Main Cottage: Upon entering the main cottage, you’ll find a spacious, open living area that seamlessly flows to the outside verandah, perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views. The living room offers comfortable seating, and large windows flood the space with natural light. The cottage has a total of 3 bedrooms inside, each offering the flexibility of King-size or Twin beds to suit your preferences.

The main cottage also features a shared bathroom with a shower and an additional shared bathroom with outdoor access, complete with a bath. Both bathrooms are designed with convenience and comfort in mind.

1685 Annex: Separate from the main house, the 1685 Annex consists of two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing additional privacy and comfort for guests. These en-suite bathrooms feature both a shower and a bath, combining luxury with practicality. The annex offers a cozy retreat with direct access to the outdoor areas and views of the estate.
