Shoot location of Villa Scordia, Sicily
Italy was the natural choice when exploring where to shoot the La Dolce Vita campaign, with the RIXO team falling for Sicily’s Villa Scordia. Nestled between Mount Etna and the Ionian Sea, this luxury property is a short drive away from Catania, Taormina and a number of archaeological and World Heritage sites, as well as traditional fishing villages and beautiful beaches.
Accommodating over 20 guests across the main house and additional boat house, the villa enjoys exceptional views across surrounding valleys and over to Mount Etna, offering a serene space to truly get away from it all.
Inside the property, guests will find cosy living spaces, including dining areas for up to 60 people, a library, home cinema and bar, while the outdoor spaces are a feast for the eyes. With a collection of palm trees from around the world, stunning gardens and endless orange groves, the outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and Finnish sauna are the ideal spot to relax after long days exploring this beautiful island.
