Temple Guiting Manor
Beautiful manor house in the Cotswolds, with a heated pool, a Jacuzzi, an astro-turf tennis court, and a private lake
Situated in the centre of Temple Guiting, the Temple Guiting Manor luxury house to rent in the Cotswolds has been privately owned since the 15th century.
Full Description
Steeped in history, it is quoted by the celebrated British architectural historian and author, Sir Nikolaus Pevsner, as ‘one of the finest, if not the very best of the small Cotswold Tudor Houses’. The property offers all the modern comforts and amenities for a relaxing holiday.
Outdoor facilities at the luxury rental property in Gloucestershire include an all-weather astro-turf tennis court, a children’s adventure playground, a hot tub, a Weber charcoal barbecue, and a private lake (gated). The property also offers table tennis, table football, a secret cinema with XBox, and a full sound system. Beautifully decorated and furnished, there are also plenty of home comforts, including luxury bed linen, towels and robes, and bathroom amenities.
The large walled gardens overlook the River Windrush, the gentle rolling fields and the Manor’s small lake. The property owns a shop and café, just a 2 minute walk away in the village, where guests can enjoy coffee, or a meal, as well as a range of beautiful products, including homewares, gifts and wine. Extra services offered at the luxury property to rent in the Cotswolds, include catering, and cots and highchairs, if required. For 2022 the Manor will also have use of a private lake with rowing boats, SUP boards, and a jetty with steps for natural swimming.
