Imaginatively designed in a pavilion style with black columns supported by coconut trunks. The sitting and dining area is open plan, and open sided with wonderful views across the bay. A lower level has a TV area with satellite TV.  There are three bedrooms, with the master and en suite upstairs, and the other two 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living area downstairs.

There is a small swimming pool on the lower level from the pavilion overlooking the ocean. Within the lush garden, framed by coconut palms, there is a large lawned area.
