Within the beautifully maintained gardens, there is a swimming pool (8 x 3m) and an elevated pool pavilion, furnished with cushions for relaxing in the shade. There is also an outdoor dining pavilion with glass top wrought iron table, seating up to 8 people, and a barbecue area.

The living area overlooks the garden and is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, Ipod dock, books and games. The dining room has views of the garden and pool area. The four bedrooms, are laid out in a square arrangement, with equal access to the centrally located living area. The four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and all have overhead fans and air conditioning.
