This luxury villa has 3 bedrooms in the main building and one in the guest house. All the fully airconditioned bedrooms offer a natural feeling thanks to their chalet-style upcycled furnishings and are all filled with natural light.

Main House – First floor

Bedroom 1: it offers a queen-sized bed, a large wardrobe and has stunning views of the mountains and garden. Its ensuite has a bath and a shower.
Living Room 2: this intimate corner living room features a comfortable sofa and a working contemporary fireplace. This room has direct access to the spacious terrace that overlooks the Tramuntana Mountains and the garden.

Main House- Ground Floor
Bedroom 2: it offers a queen-sized bed, a large wardrobe and has access to a shared terrace. Its ensuite has a stone bath.

Bedroom 3: it features a queen-sized bed, and a large wardrobe and has stunning views of the mountains and garden. Its ensuite has a shower.

Guest House
The guest house ensures maximum privacy of the guests and is just a few steps away from the main building, just off the citrus orchard. It features a kitchenette with a foldable table and an ensuite bedroom.
Bedroom 4: it features a queen-sized bed, a large wardrobe and overlooks the orchard. Its ensuite has a walk-in shower.

Outdoors highlights:

Two outdoor dining areas: They are both directly accessible from the kitchen. One is lined with stone walls and offers a dining table with chairs and two benches and the other one is covered with a pergola and overlooks the garden, the swimming pool and the mountains. On the right side of the entrance to the main building there is a large L-shaped wicker outdoor sofa.

Swimming Pool Area: The swimming pool area is right in front of the main building and boasts a generous sized saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

Can Fernasset is secluded and has a rural feeling, however it is within minutes walk away from  the quirky Fornalutx village, in the Sóller Valley and rich in history, activities, cafés and restaurant. The house is surrounded by citrus groves and aromatic Mediterrean plants. This luxury villa is also surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains, that offer plenty of natural hikes and has easy access to the lovely beach of Port de Soller.
