Visitors can enjoy a peaceful and quiet setting, with sea views from the high points above the Cabellut Valley, as well as proximity to two renowned wine regions: Penedès and Tarragona. The 30-hectare estate includes 3,000 m² of landscaped gardens, 7 hectares of vineyards, and a forest.

Blending Spanish heritage with modern amenities, the property has a long history dating back to the 12th century. Entry is through a beautiful inner courtyard. With 1,000 m² of living space, the villa offers 7 spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus a vast master suite with views over the vineyards. This luxury villa also features a bright, high-ceilinged ballroom that can accommodate up to 50 guests for private events, workshops, yoga classes, and other activities. The swimming pool (20 x 6 m, with a depth of 1.8 m at its deepest point) is open year-round. The pool terrace is furnished with sofas, armchairs, eight sunbeds with umbrellas, and a barbecue. The villa also boasts a Moroccan-style patio with lush plants, as well as a 300 m² party patio, ideal for events, concerts, or open-air film screenings. It features amphitheatre-style steps with cushions.
