Located in a valley in Tarragona province in Northern Spain, just 2.4 kms (a 6 minute drive) from the small friendly town of Masllorenç, and just over an hour’s drive south of Barcelona, this luxury villa to rent is also just a 25 minute drive from the Mediterranean Coast. Visitors can enjoy a peaceful and quiet location, with sea views from the high points above the Cabellut Valley, as well as proximity to two famous wine regions nearby, Penedés and Tarragona. A combination of Spanish heritage and modern facilities, the building has a long history dating back to the 12th century, with entrance to the property via a beautiful inner courtyard. The luxury villa to rent in Spain also has a bright, high-ceilinged ballroom, which can cater up to 50 people for a private event, or workshop sessions, yoga classes and other activities. The swimming pool (20 x 6m, with 1.8m in the deepest place in the pool) is open all year round, and the terrace is furnished with sofas, armchairs, 8 sunbeds with umbrellas, and a barbecue. There is both a Moroccan patio with plants, as well as a party patio, (300sq m) which can be used for parties, concerts or watching films. It has amphitheatre stairs with cushions.
Main House
Ground Floor: Entrance area, leading to a sitting room, with doors to the swimming pool area and outdoor lounge, or to the dining room with an impressive 4.80m oak table handmade by a famous Spanish carpenter, and with Danish original wishbone chairs by Carl Hansen. Fully equipped kitchen (including 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 dishwashers, microwave), as well as the wine room with cooling temperature (wine is available at extra cost), utility room with cleaning equipment and washing machine and dryer. Impressive living room with comfortable sofas, a large TV and a cosy fireplace. Lift to upper floors. From the living room, there is also an easy access to the shady Moroccan patio. Above the patio, there is a hall which can be used for yoga/workshops.
First Floor: Bedroom 1: double bedroom with 1.60m bed and en suite shower room and views to Moroccan patio.
Bedroom 2: Second master with Moroccan patio views, 1.80m double bed, desk, living area, and en suite shower room with a bathtub overlooking the vineyard. The room can also be made up as a twin room, and 2 extra foldable beds for children, or a cot bed for a baby, can be added.
Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4: Both have a double bedroom with 1.80m bed and en suite shower room. Overlooking the vineyard and swimming pool area.
Bedroom 5: Third master bedroom with panoramic vineyard views, 1.80m bed, large wardrobe, desk, living area, and ensuite shower room. This room can also be made up with twin beds.
Bedroom 6: double bedroom with 1.80 bed and en suite shower room, and views to the entrance patio. An extra foldable bed or a cot bed for a baby can be added.
Second Floor: Bedroom 7: main master room (can be reached directly by the lift). The room is almost 80m2, with wonderful views to the vineyard. 2m bed, desk, living area, TV, big wardrobe, spacious en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub overlooking the vineyard, double basins.
All bedrooms have towels, bathrobes, slippers for swimming pool, hair dryers, soap/hand lotion. Pillows and duvets are from anti allergy material, sheets – cotton.
NB. The property is child friendly but parents should be aware that there are steep terraces, and the large deep pool has no fence.

Amenities
Maid service is once per day for 1 hour during the stay daily, as well as 6 hours once every 7 days. An arrival package of groceries (milk, water, juice etc plus 2 bottles of local wine), and coffee. Parties can be arranged here, and if needed, an extra tent can be provided. .
NB. The property is child friendly but parents should be aware that there are steep terraces, and the large deep pool has no fence.
Airport pick ups, private chef, wine tastings with a professional sommelier, services of yoga instructor, or a nanny for young children can all be arranged.
