This luxury apartment to rent in the heart of Barcelona is on the third floor of an elegant apartment block, accessed by lift and comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and two small children as it features three bedrooms and a large living space. There is a master bedroom and a twin bedroom convertible into a double with an en-suite bathroom each, plus a cosy bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for two small children. The large living room features plush sofas facing a large tv, an elegant contemporary dining area, as well as a study area with PC at the guests’ disposal.

The entrance opens onto a large living open space that comprises of a sitting area, with its sumptuous sofa that seats up to 3 guests and an armchair. For movie nights, the video projector screen can be pulled down to cover one of the windows.
In the left corner, a spacious rectangular dining table that seats up to 6 people, overlooks another window that fills the room with light during the day.
Kitchen: the U-shaped kitchen has its own dedicated space, is well-equipped and features a generous-sized working counter that can also serve as breakfast table for up to three people (on three tall stools).
Bedrooms
Master bedroom: this spacious and airy bedroom features a four postered king size bed, an armchair and a comfortable pouf that seats up to two people. It also has access to a small balcony that overlooks the streets below. Its ensuite offers a double sink and a bath with shower fixture.
Twin/Double bedroom: this twin bedroom features two single beds that can be converted into a double upon request. Its ensuite features a shower and can be shared with guests staying in the bunk beds bedroom.
Bunk beds bedroom: This cosy space is perfect for two small children, featuring bunk beds and a convenient dedicated sink area. Please note that there isn’t a full bathroom, and the bedroom itself is separated from the corridor by a curtain rather than a door, offering an open feel. Guests staying in this room can use the ensuite bathroom of the Twin/Double bedroom.
