For parking, there is an underground parking building on the Paseo de Gracia which is open 24 hours a day.

The interiors of the apartment (180m2) have been designed to a very high standard, using sustainable materials such as natural wood flooring, a corian and marble bathroom, 100% wool rugs, high quality bed linen and towels, and designer lamps. Amenities include satellite TV (with international channels, I-pod/phone dock, wi-fi internet and air conditioning. There is also a washing machine/dryer, ironing facilities, hairdryer and a safe deposit box. Baby equipment can be provided on request at a small extra cost.

The accommodation comprises a large living room filled with natural light, and furnished with designer furniture. The spacious kitchen has a rosewood table (designed by Emma Olivé Studio), seating 12 people. There are four bedrooms, a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and accessing a private balcony, and 2 further bedrooms, which share a bathroom. The bedrooms can be made up as double or twin rooms on request. There is also a single bedroom and guest WC.
