Outdoor living is equally impressive, with sun-drenched patios furnished with loungers, ottomans and alfresco dining areas seating up to 14 guests, alongside a gas barbeque and spectacular rim-flow swimming pools overlooking the ocean. The lower level is dedicated to wellness and entertainment, housing a fully equipped Technogym fitness centre, a professional chef’s kitchen, laundry facilities, staff accommodation, and secure garage parking for two vehicles.

Throughout the villa, carefully curated interiors showcase contemporary pieces from renowned international and local designers including Minotti, OKHA, Royal Botania and Arper, while striking artworks by celebrated South African artists such as Dylan Lewis, Lionel Smit and Bill Ainsley add character and depth to the space. Villa Royale is fully serviced, with a private chef, dedicated housekeeping and grounds team, and an on-call villa manager and concierge available to arrange every detail of your stay – from restaurant reservations and yacht charters to cultural excursions, chauffeur services and bespoke experiences.
