Positioned to be sunset facing, it is also just a short walk to the beautiful, white sandy beach below. This spacious rental villa in Cape Town is spread over five floors, and  luxuriously decorated in pale green and aqua pastel colours to maximise the feeling of being right by the beach. Large sliding French door open to terraces, to take full advantage of the beach and sea views.

The impressive entrance hall on the ground floor leads to an expansive living area which, in turn, leads to the main garden and pool deck. The rim flow pool is also perfectly placed to take full advantage of the sea and mountain views. With plenty of sun loungers, and outdoor furniture, there is space to relax, both in the sun and in the shade. The swimming pool can be heated on request. Perfect for long evenings with family and friends, there are two 12-seater dining tables, both inside and outside, as well as a fully equipped bar. The property has both a barbecue and a pizza oven.

The bedrooms are each on their own floor of the house, with a private balcony (the top floor twin room uses the study/sundowner balcony) and are all en-suite. A separate pool house, with living area and bedroom can also be used on request.
