Higgovale is a green and leafy suburb, in a rather sought after location situated on the slopes of Cape Town, with little roads that run along side one another in a rather sedate and quiet neighbourhood. Nestled in between the pine trees, is a stylish living space with an open plan design that lends itself to an incredible vantage point for some of the most spectacular views, looking out over the city and Table Bay.
Entering the luxury villa rental through a glass box on the Eastern side, you immediately step into a large open space, designed for open-plan living and socialising. The interiors are filled with curated art pieces from both South Africa and Europe. Modern pieces are styled alongside comfortable seating, drenched in warm light that streams in through the large windows and doors allowing nature in to every room of this luxury villa rental.
The living room has been comfortably furnished for ultimate relaxation. A large hanging light especially designed for the dining space, is centred above a 12 seater James Mudge dining table. The TV lounge can for additional privacy be closed off from the main living area. The kitchen is made for interactive meal preparation with plenty of space, ideal for entertaining. Offering breath taking views over the lounge and beyond to the city and Table Bay with large windows that slide completely open to the sheltered rear terrace creating a bar service area. The indoor patio flows out towards the pool and outdoor patio through stackable sliding doors, creating a seamless flow from indoor to outdoor living.
Fitted with comfortable couches, a 12 seater dining table and barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. Enjoy sundowners on the terrace, as the light changes and the City lights come to life. The 16sqm swimming pool has an impressive view out over the Cape Town city towards Table Bay and the surrounding mountain ranges. There is a natural green belt zone with large protected European pines on a natural water cause area at the front of the house. Here you are greeted with uninterrupted views of Table Bay and the City Bowl visible through the trees.
