Accommodation Layout –

Indoors – A kitchen designed with interactive meal preparation in mind, offering spacious food prep areas and counter tops and a 6 seater dining space, adjacent to the lounge with unspoilt views of the ocean with another dining area seating 10. These areas are filled with local and European art pieces. For additional privacy the TV lounge can be closed off from the main living areas, while sliding doors that stack away create a seamless flow from indoor living spaces to the outdoors area. The private in-house spa is air conditioned with a professional massage bed, double shower and steam room, fitted with Africology products and Gant towels. It also leads to another rear terrace with a private outdoor relaxation area and heated plunge pool (up to 39°C). 

Bedrooms – Five spacious bedrooms, with king-sized beds, all with en-suite bathrooms and located on the upper level fitted with designer furnishings and Air-conditioning. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 all share exceptional views to the front of the luxury villa rental with sliding doors that lead on to furnished and spacious terraces. All three the en-suite bathrooms of these bedrooms are open-plan, one has both an elegant bath and shower and the other two showers with a view. Bedrooms 4&5 have large glass doors with views of the Cape Town mountain slopes and forest to the back of the villa, both with doors that open on to French balconies and en-suite bathrooms with showers.

Outdoors – Large floor to ceiling windows open up to a bar service area and sheltered rear terrace. Enjoy al fresco dining on the front terrace, fitted with a barbecue and a 12 seater dining table and sundowners on the comfortable couches.
