The staircase leads to the open-plan living areas, created exclusively for relaxation and stylish entertaining by one of South Africa’s leading interior designers, with the recent addition of a new spa room.

A kitchen designed with interactive meal preparation in mind, offering spacious food prep areas and counter tops and a 6 seater dining space, adjacent to the lounge with unspoilt views of the ocean with another dining area seating 10. These areas are filled with local and European art pieces. For additional privacy the TV lounge can be closed off from the main living areas, while sliding doors that stack away create a seamless flow from indoor living spaces to the outdoors area. The private in-house spa is air conditioned with a professional massage bed, double shower and steam room, fitted with Africology products and Gant towels. It also leads to another rear terrace with a private outdoor relaxation area and heated plunge pool (up to 39°C).

Large floor to ceiling windows open up to a bar service area and sheltered rear terrace. Enjoy al fresco dining on the front terrace, fitted with a barbecue and a 12 seater dining table and sundowners on the comfortable couches. Experience an impressive view over Cape Town from the solar heated rim flow swimming pool and outdoor shower with sights of the Green Point commons and the surrounding mountain ranges.
