All the rooms at this level open out to the garden and a terrace with a large outdoor dining table (seating 14) and a gas BBQ. The large garden benefits from wonderful mountain views, a lovely swimming pool and sun loungers, a small children’s trampoline and a tranquil water feature. There is also a children’s playroom and a gym.

There are three large bedrooms on the upper floor, with a beautiful master bedroom, dressing room and large en-suite bathroom. There are two further children’s bedrooms with twin beds, and both with en-suite bathrooms.  All bedrooms overlook the lovely garden and the mountain views beyond.
