The open-plan living/dining area of this Cape Town luxury villa rental leads out to the pool deck. In the living area, there is satellite 40” plasma TV and Bluetooth sound system, and a wood fireplace. The dining area seats 12 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast table and sea-facing cocktail bar. A study with sofa-bed also has a 32″ Plasma TV and DVD with DSTV ( dual vision). Further amenities include air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.
On the pool deck is a swimming pool (8 x 8m x 1.4m deep, and heated October to April only) on a large split level deck, furnished with sun loungers. There is also an outdoor dining area here for six people with gas barbecue. There is both a double garage and additional off street parking.
