A well lit stairwell leads to an open blue and maroon coloured lounge on the left, warmed with a convection wood-burning fireplace in winter. Bedroom 1 – An en-suite guest bedroom (the only bedroom without a sea view).

Bedroom 2 – The main en-suite bedroom with an open bathroom, a walk-in shower, separate toilet and a bath with sea views. Accessed via the light-filled staircase, sharing one of the balconies with the TV lounge. Fitted with a Smart TV that is set up for Netflix or Apple TV. This room benefits from slide-and-fold doors that stack neatly away to expose more of the expansive views.

Bedroom 3 &4 – Located on the ground floor, both en-suite bedrooms, each opening onto a small kitchenette, and the furnished pool deck.

Visit the iconic colourful Victorian-style bathing boxes that line beach while enjoying the laid back south Peninsula lifestyle. The Dalebrook tidal pool located in the picturesque Kalk Bay has a loyal community of swimmers and is only 600 m from the villa. The area also offers great antique, curio and boutique shopping as well as plenty of dining options from restaurants to bars & cafes that line the main street. A day visit to Simonstown is highly recommended, renowned for its penguin colony that lives on the beach.
