The Villa Elysian luxury villa to rent in Comporta is just a short 7 minute walk, down a path, to the beautiful sandy beach of Praia do Pego. Carvalhal beach and village are just 3 kms away, and Comporta village, with its relaxed hippy-chic atmosphere, restaurants and boutiques, is located a 14 kms drive away. Troia Golf Course is approximately 30 kms.

Architect designed, the interiors of the luxury holiday villa in Comporta are decorated and furnished in a modern minimalist style and, with large panoramic windows,  The stylish interiors also feature designer lighting, spacious living areas and bedrooms, and a modern well equipped kitchen including Miele and Smeg machines. There are three bedrooms, as well as a mezzanine level with a bed for an extra guest. Both hairdryers and dressing gowns are provided. The luxury villa rental is perfect for families, with all the windows and doors having special child-safe locks. Catering for stays all year round, the villa also has central heating and air conditioning, as well as a fireplace in the living room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

 The luxury holiday villa rental sits within large 1400m2 grounds. On one side is a terrace overlooking fields to the sea, and benefitting from wonderful sunsets. On the other side, between the villa and the sand dunes, there is a large private heated swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace, furnished for relaxing and dining outdoors. All the bedrooms have access to the terrace, and the dining room opens to both the terrace, and the swimming pool deck.  The villa owners have also added an honesty bar “wine and olive oil selection” from both Douro and Alentejo regions which guests are welcome to use.

Steps up from road access level to the large, decked pool terrace with outdoor dining area. There is also a pathway up to the same terrace, ideal for when walking back from the beach. There is a pool shower room/guest WC with direct access into the villa. Master bedroom suite with full bathroom, with separate shower. Large fully equipped kitchen with central work island. Dining room opening to the terrace and outdoor dining area. Living/TV room with open feature fireplace and Apple TV. Twin/double bedroom with shower bathroom and extra mezzanine level (the mezzanine level is available on request for one extra guest to sleep,  or can be blocked for safety reasons). Maid service included 2 hours a /day, Mondays to Saturdays. Garden & Pool Maintenance once a week

Basic welcome hamper supplied on arrival (including drinking water, wine, milk, coffee, tea, bread, honey, sugar, salt & pepper, local cheese)

Extra services, payable locally include additional cleaning/personal laundry, cook service, pre-arrival food shopping, and babysitting.

Extra bikes can be hired locally and dropped-off at the villa.
