The Villa Carvalhal luxury villa to rent in Comporta is located close to both Pego and Carvalhal beaches with their great beach bars and restaurants, and the surf school in Carvalhal. The local village of Carvalhal has a number of simple eateries and bars, as well as shops selling selling fresh fish and vegetables. The area can also be explored by bike, or there is horse riding at “Cavalos na Areia”. Comporta village with its trendy shops and a wider range of restaurants is located 11 kms drive away.

The Comporta holiday villa rental is arranged as a group of three different cabanas, and also has a sunny, decked pool terrace with rural views of the rice paddies. The cabanas have been designed as local fishermen cabanas, but on a grander scale, with high ceilings, generous proportions and stylish beach interiors. The main cabana comprises an open-plan kitchen (including electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juice maker, dishwasher) and dining room, connected by a sheltered dining terrace to the living room, which in turn opens onto the pool terrace. Another cabana houses the master bedroom suite, and the third cabana features two en-suite bedrooms. Both the very spacious living room and the master bedroom enjoy views over the lagoon, and the other two bedrooms have garden views.

This luxury villa to rent’s garden is planted with grasses, low palms, cactus and indigenous flowering shrubs. Decked pathways take you all around the property, between the cabanas and to an outdoor seating area under a pergola, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The swimming pool has roman steps and jet stream (12,5 x 3,5 metres, and 1,6 metres deep).
