Set within 1,100m² of outdoor space, the landscaping has been designed to harmonise with the natural surroundings, including native pine trees and sand dunes. Atop the villa is a sunny, furnished terrace with a stunning private pool (10 x 3m). The 150m² terrace is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing, and the pool can be heated (pool heating included from May to September). The property also features an interior courtyard (48m²) shaded by a cork oak tree, with a sunburst tile panel by Portuguese artist Querubim Lapa. A west-facing pinewood front deck (115m²) is perfect for watching the sunset while enjoying the sound of the ocean.

The interiors of this luxury villa are equally impressive. The living room (61m²) boasts an iconic suspended Gyrofocus fireplace and two sofas: one facing the interior courtyard and the view from the front deck, and the other facing the TV area, which includes a flat-screen TV with a cable set-top box (100 channels) and a media centre. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Additional amenities include underfloor heating throughout, Wi-Fi, a vintage radio with iPod dock, and fans in the living room and all bedrooms. The property is alarmed.

• Pool heating is included in price from May to September. It is available at extra cost of €250 in April and October. No pool heating is available between November and March.
• Underfloor heating is included from November to March as well as wood supply for fireplace
• A private chef can be arranged on request. The owner recommends a simple but amazing local cook who used to the be the main chef of one the best local restaurants in the area.
• Bicycles for adults and children can be rented and delivered directly to the house.
