Casa Quintais is a luxury villa rental in Comporta, just an hour and half drive south of Lisbon, Portugal’s capital. Nestled in the Portuguese countryside yet only a few minutes from the coastline and impeccably adorned with contemporary furnishings, Casa Quintais exudes the refined simplicity and boasts traditional Portuguese architecture.

Featuring three double bedrooms, one of which boasts access to a balcony with breath-taking views, and a fourth bedroom designed with playful décor and equipped twin beds with a pull out bed each, this villa accommodates up to eight adults and two children and is suitable for a multi-generational family.

Enjoy the warm Portuguese sun as you take a dip in the pool, or explore the traditional restaurants and bars of Comporta. For beach lovers, Praia do Comporta, one of the best beaches in Portugal, is also a few minutes drive from Casa Quintais.

Ground Floor

Open Plan Living Room & Kitchen: The entrance opens up into the ample open-plan kitchen and sitting area.

On the left side there is a well-equipped kitchen that boasts the most modern amenities to prepare the most delicious meals from scratch. There is also a spacious floating countertop with a hob that can be used either as a working countertop or as a breakfast table as there are four tall stools.

There is also a large dining table with comfortable chairs that sit up to 10 people and a guest bathroom.

Guest Bathroom: Half-bathroom that has a sink and a WC.

The kitchen seamlessly blends with the elegant living room that offers a sumptuous sofa facing a fireplace and the Smart TV and two comfortable armchairs.

This grand open plan area has direct access to the outdoor dining terrace via two large sliding doors.

On the right end of the living room, there is the staircase that connects the ground floor with the first floor.

On the left end of the living room, the hall will open on your left to Bedroom 1 and on your right, to Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 1: It boasts a double bed with direct access to the pool deck and has a contemporary ensuite with walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: It boast a double bed and has view on the quiet street. It offers a en ansuite with a walk-in shower and a double sink. This bedroom is suitable for disabled people.

First Floor

The upper floor is connected to the ground floor via stairs. This floor is ideal for a family with children.

Bedroom 3: this bedroom boasts a queen size bed. Its bathroom is separated but conveniently close and shared with Bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4: it offers two single beds with a pull out bed each – the single beds cannot be converted into a double bed. This room is perfect for either two adults or teenagers, or for a two adults and two children.

Bathroom: Bedroom 3 and 4 shared the ample bathroom, which is just next to the bedrooms and boasts a double sink and a walk-in shower.

Outdoor highlights:

Dining Terrace: It can be directly accessed via two sliding glass doors from the living room and from Bedroom 1. It boasts a large rectangular dining table that comfortably sits up to 10 guests and outdoor armchairs.

Swimming pool Deck: just opposite the dining terrace, there is the heated* swimming pool . This area offers sunloungers that guests can enjoy.
