This newly renovated luxury villa, Casa das Riscas, is situated in the calm landscapes of Comporta. Nestled among lush pine forests and overlooking vast rice fields, this exquisite holiday home consists of two meticulously crafted buildings: the Main House and the Guest House, both designed to the highest standards.

The Main House features a spacious living room with a cozy wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and three generously sized bedrooms, two of which offer ensuite facilities. The Drawing Room boasts a fireplace adds a touch of romance to this Portugues traditional home away from home.

Situated just 35 meters from the Main House, the Guest House provides additional privacy for another family or a group of teenagers. It comprises three ensuite double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting room with a fireplace and its own outdoor dining area.

Step outside, where you will be by trees, palms, and the melodies of chirping birds. Here, you’ll find an elegant lap pool, an inviting Ofyr grill for dreamy nights and even a tennis court.

This property comprises of two buildings, 35 metres away from each other and both with all the comforts.

Main House (3 bedrooms)

Living Room: Two elegant sumptuous sofa face the stone fireplace, on the right we find another comfortable sofa and two stylish armchairs, on the left, there is a desk. This room offers plenty of curiosities and has direct access to the outdoor dining area via two arched tall windows.

Kitchen: the kitchen has a rustic and joyful feeling and is fully-equipped with the most modern amenities. Here, you will also find a dining table that comfortably sits 8 people.

Bedroom 1/Master Bedroom: this spacious room offers a super-king double bed with a dressing area and an ensuite with a bathtub and a shower.

Bedroom 2: this spacious room offers a twins bed (convertible into a double) and an ensuite with a bathtub and a shower.

Bedroom 3: this spacious room offers a king double bed. It does not have an ensuite. Guests staying in this room can use the bathroom across the corridor.

Bathroom: It is equipped with a shower.

 Guest House (3 bedrooms)

Kitchen and sitting room: the kitchen is fully-equipped with the most modern amenities, a dining table that sits six people and a sitting area.

Bedroom 4/Master Bedroom: this room offers a queen double bed, a ceiling fan and an ensuite with shower.

Bedroom 5: this bedroom offers a king double bed and an ensuite with a bathtub and a shower.

Bedroom 6: this bedroom offers a double bed convertible into twins and an ensuite with a bathtub and a shower.

Outdoor highlights

Lap Swimming pool (20×4): The pool is reachable via a path that crosses the gardens and immersed in lush greenery that provide plenty of shade. It is surrounded by sunloungers and umbrellas and features a cabana and an outdoor sitting room.

In the expansive gardens there are also a large fountain and a pond that add magic to this incredible property.
