The stunning modern Casa da Oliveira luxury villa to rent in Comporta is located just a 10 minute walk from an exclusive beach in the region of Comporta. A fishing and agricultural region, with a coastline of beaches extending for approximately 45 kms, it is just 1 hour 15 minutes drive south of Lisbon. Despite its growing popularity, with its unspoilt beaches and crystal clear waters, Comporta remains very authentic, with enormous appeal to those looking for a relaxing beach holiday, but with all modern amenities. It is renowned for its local gastronomy, in particular its excellent fish restaurants. As well as the ocean, where the occasional family of dolphins can be seen, the area is a mix of sand dunes and rice fields, and there is also a huge protected colony of storks. This charming holiday rental is also conveniently close (approximately 10 minutes drive) from both the towns of Comporta and Carvalhal.
The luxury villa rental here offers 300m2 of living space, with a main house (sleeping 5 people in total) and two guest houses (together sleeping an additional 4 people in total). Both the main house and one of the guest houses have a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as an outdoor dining area. The main house has air conditioning throughout, and the guest house has air conditioning in the living room only.
The luxury villa rentals large grounds of 4500m2, with a circular swimming pool (approximately 6m wide, and 1.3m deep) and sun-bathing area, extend almost down to the beach. Please note that as the swimming pool is unprotected, so parents of young children will be responsible for their safety.
