At the heart of the luxury villa rental is a spacious 70m² open-plan living room, beautifully appointed with a Bang & Olufsen television and premium sound system. The adjoining 20m² American-style kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and separate 10m² preparation kitchen, has been fully equipped with everything needed to create memorable meals. Appliances include an electric pressure cooker, sous vide machine, fondue set, raclette, stone grill, wine cooler, ice machine, and a dedicated filtered drinking water tap. A generous 12-seat dining table provides the perfect setting for long dinners with family and friends. The villa also includes a 15m² pantry and laundry room, together with a guest bathroom conveniently located within the living area.

Every bedroom has been thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, electric exterior shutters, and mosquito screens, while the bathrooms feature heated towel rails for additional comfort.

Outside, the 70m² covered terrace provides a spectacular extension of the living space. Ceiling fans offer welcome relief during warm summer days, while multiple lounge areas invite guests to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A wireless Sonance outdoor sound system creates a seamless indoor-outdoor entertainment experience.
