The stunning Villa Torre luxury villa to rent in Umbria has been rebuilt on the ruins of a medieval defensive tower, originally constructed in a strategic position on the top of a hill. This superb elevated position allows for wonderful views across the countryside of green valleys, woodland and olive trees.  Offering a wide range of local experiences, a concierge team is available to arrange everything from in-villa spa services, cooking lessons, wine tastings, biking trips, truffle-hunting excursions, day trips to nearby hill towns, or a round of golf at the adjacent 18-hole Antognolla course. With a small grocery store just a 2 minute drive away, and the village of Pierantonio, a 10 minute drive, guests can purchase local produce to cook at their villa, or request a private chef, or enjoy delicious typically Umbrian dishes at the estate’s restaurant, Il Caldaro. A shuttle service to the restaurant for dinner can also be provided.

The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge and microwave oven, and there is also a spacious underground laundry room complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board. High speed Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the villa, garden and pool area. Air conditioning is included, and central heating during the winter months is available on request at extra cost.

There are beautiful countryside views from the private fenced and landscaped gardens. The swimming pool (6m x 15m – 1.5m deep), also has a jacuzzi on the stairs. The pool can also be heated on request at no extra cost. For outdoor dining, there is a lovely pergola with dining table in front of the living room, and a separate barbecue area with table and chairs.
