The Villa Spedalicchio luxury villa to rent in Umbria is situated in the countryside between Cortona and Umbertide, but close to the border of Tuscany.
With a main house and a smaller guest house, just 40m apart and each with its own driveway and parking area, the luxury villa rental in Umbria is perfect for two families sharing a holiday together, while allowing for a good level of privacy. The property offers large gardens with a swimming pool (12 x 6.5m) on a raised terrace to take full advantage of the panoramic countryside views (heated pool available from Spring 2025). There is also a rose-covered pergola in front of the main villa with a dining table for 14 people, as well as a smaller pergola outside the guest house, with dining table seating six.
Both holiday houses to rent in Umbria have been restored to the same high standard, with high quality furnishings and antiques throughout, as well as antique doors, 18th Century oak-beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces and old terracotta floors. The kitchen in the main villa has been recently renovated and opens to the outdoor dining area, with barbecue, making it convenient for dining outside.
