Set within its own spacious and private landscaped gardens, the luxury holiday villa to rent in Umbria benefits from stunning countryside views. The various terraces, furnished for outdoor living and dining, include a terracotta tiled terrace outside the living room, with sofas and a dining table, and a breakfast area with table and parasol in the garden by the kitchen, as well as a barbecue area. The swimming pool (5m x 11m – 1.5m deep), is surrounded by a furnished terrace with sun beds, chairs and parasols. The pool can be heated on request at no extra cost. A hot tub has also recently been added near the swimming pool, for uses by guests throughout the year. The hot tub is heated from the morning until the early evening and the cost is included in the rental.

The accommodation at the luxury villa to rent in Umbria includes a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave, and a comfortable living area with large LCD TV with Sky satellite television and sports channels, an Amazon Fire TV Stick, DVD Player and a Bluetooth sound system. There is also a spacious laundry room complete with washing machine, and ironing facilities. High speed Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the villa, garden and pool area. A baby cot, child’s high chair and baby bathtub are available if required. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, and heating during the colder months is available on request.
