A concierge team is available to arrange everything from in-villa spa services, cooking lessons, wine tastings, biking trips, truffle-hunting excursions, day trips to nearby hill towns, or a round of golf at the adjacent 18-hole Antognolla course. With a small grocery store just a 2 minute drive away, and the village of Pierantonio, a 10 minute drive, guests can purchase local produce to cook at their villa, or request a private chef, or enjoy delicious typically Umbrian dishes at the estate’s restaurant, Il Caldaro. A shuttle service to the restaurant for dinner can also be provided.

The luxury holiday villa rental in Umbria is comprised of a main house, an annex and a pool cottage. The spacious living room in the main house has a large arched window allowing light to flood the room, which also features a beautiful stone fireplace. There is also a beautiful and well equipped country-style kitchen.  Amenities include a large Smart LCD TV with Sky satellite television and sports channels and a Bluetooth sound system. The main house also has air conditioning. High speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the villa, garden and pool area.

The luxury holiday villa rental offers several outdoor living spaces, where far reaching views of the beautiful Umbria valley can be enjoyed, as well as infinity swimming pool (14m x 4m, heated on request at no extra cost). There is also a shallow paddling pool (4m x 4m), ideal for young children. A lovely pool house faces the big infinity pool, with a pergola furnished with a sofa and armchairs. There is also a stone-built barbecue here, a sitting room and a dining table. The pool cottage also houses a laundry room. Within the landscaped gardens, there is another outdoor dining area with a wood oven, ideal for pizzas.

A welcome hamper awaits guests’ arrival with initial provisions including bottled water, tea, coffee (including Nespresso capsules), olive oil and dishwasher tablets. Bathroom amenities, including shampoo and soaps are also provided. Baby cot, high-chair and baby bathtub are available on request. Guests will also be able to enjoy welcome drinks at the Il Caldaro restaurant on arrival, and a 20% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees, and 5% discount in the Golf Shop.
