Surrounded by a private landscaped garden with century-old olive trees, lavender, and flowering shrubs, there is also an infinity swimming pool with a wide teak deck furnished with sun loungers and parasols.

Just outside the villa there is a furnished terrace with a pergola, a sofa, and a dining table and chairs, seating 10, where guests can enjoy leisurely breakfasts, lunches and sunset aperitivos in their own private surroundings. The interiors of the holiday rental in Umbria are both modern and elegant, with the accommodation being in both a main house (4 bedrooms – 10 people) and a guest house (2 bedrooms – 4 people).

The luxury villa to rent in Umbria offers a variety of local experiences for guests on request, ranging from in-villa spa services, cooking lessons and wine tastings, biking trips, truffle-hunting excursions, and day trips to nearby hill towns.  With a small grocery store just a 2 minute drive away, and the village of Pierantonio, a 10 minute drive, guests can purchase local produce to cook at their villa, or request a private chef. Guests can also enjoy delicious typically Umbrian dishes at the estate’s restaurant, Il Caldaro. A shuttle service to the restaurant for dinner can be provided.

• Shuttle Service: Complimentary dinner-time shuttle to/from Il Caldaro restaurant (daily, by reservation). Max 8 guests per villa. Multiple round trips not available.
• Golf Discounts: 15% off Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% off Golf Shop purchases.
