Recently restored throughout to the highest standards, the luxury villa to rent in Umbria offers bright interiors, furnished with high quality Italian furniture. There is high speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the villa, garden and swimming pool area. Surrounded by a private landscaped garden, there are terraces outside the villa for relaxing and dining outdoors, the latter being under a pergola, with dining table and chairs seating four. The beautiful private outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are in in a position overlooking the river.

As well as relaxing in the garden, guests at the luxury holiday villa in Umbria can take walks to the nearby natural pools, and return to enjoy the private underground jacuzzi and a sauna in the ancient vault of this beautifully restored XIII century property. For meals, there is a small grocery store just a 2 minute drive away, and the village of Pierantonio, a 10 minute drive, so guests can purchase local produce to cook at their villa. Alternatively, a private chef can be arranged, or a meal at the estate’s restaurant, Il Caldaro, which offers delicious Umbrian cuisine. A shuttle service to the restaurant for dinner is provided.

Private Jacuzzi in the vault dating from the XII century, and a sauna, accessed from the living room. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. 2 beautiful super king-size bedrooms, each with a spacious en-suite bathroom.

– Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies out of hours.
– Maid Service is provided in a time frame between 10am and 1pm, 6 days a week
– Full gardening and pool cleaning service.
– Pool heating is not included, and price is based upon consumption if requested. Pool heating is not available from November to April, subject to weather conditions.
– The heating of the outdoor hot tub, sauna, and indoor whirlpool included in the price.
– Weekly linen and pool towel change if guests stay for 2 consecutive weeks or more.
– Change of bathroom towels twice per week.
– Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available every day for dinner time prior reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available.
– 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop.
