Perched on the hills of the Tuscan countryside, with its 8 bedrooms, Villa Il Santo provides a comfortable stay for a group of up to 16 people and consists of three lovely buildings all finished at the highest standards: The Tower, The Hay Barn and the Pool house, that how just the name suggests, is situated at the same level of the fantastic heated infinity swimming pool* that also offers breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside and San Gimignano.

Hidden paths unfolds through the spacious gardens, as the stunning interiors blend a mixture of original terracotta floors and wooden ceilings and natural and earthy tones, that will make Villa Il Santo your home away from home.

There is also a covered outdoor seating area as well as a loggia, where guests will enjoy magical dinners breath-in all the history and tradition that this luxury villa in the Chianti countryside exudes.

This luxury villa in Chianti consists of three distinct buildings and offer a total of 8 bedrooms.

THE TOWER

This elegant building spreads on three floors: ground floor, first and second floor and is internally connected with stairs.

Ground floor

There are two living rooms, adjacent to each other. The first one has plenty of seating space a Smart TV, the second one has arched windows, amazing views on the hills and doors that lead directly to the terrace and gardens.

Greve room: this lovely bedroom offers a super king bed that can be split into twins, direct access to the  garden and has a private ensuite with walk in shower.

First floor 

There is a large open living room that hides a Smart tv and offers plenty of chairs, a comfortable sofa and a fireplace.

Montefioralle room:  This bedroom is on the first floor, however, from the landing you go down a few steps to get into it.

This is master bedroom boasts a super king bed with fireplace, seating, a dressing room and a large ensuite with a double sink, a freestanding bathtub and shower.

Panzano room: this room offers a queen size bed that can be converted into twins with an ensuite with shower.

Gaiole room: this room offers a queen size bed that can be converted into twins with an ensuite with shower.

Second floor 

Castellina room: this is the second master bedroom and boasts a super king bed, extra seating, a dressing room and a large ensuite with a  double sink, a free standing bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.

THE HAY BARN

This is considered the main building, where we find the kitchen, dining room and two bedrooms.

Ground floor 

Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with the most modern amenities and a floating working island or snack table that sits three people and has direct access to the patio that boasts outdoor sofas and armchairs through a large  arched glass-door. This stunning kitchen also features a double fridge, double sink, two ovens and an induction burner.

Dining room: the dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and it offers a large dining table that sits up to 18 guests.

On this floor you will also find the laundry room and a guest bathroom.

First floor

Volpaia room: this room offers a king size bed that can be converted into a twin with an ensuite with shower.

Radda room: this room offers a king size bed that can be converted into a twin with an ensuite with shower.

THE GUEST HOUSE

This is the studio at pool level and includes a kitchenette and a double bedroom. It is ideal for teenagers who need privacy or staff.

Outdoor highlights

The infinity swimming pool is situated at a lower level and can be reached via stairs. It features sunloungers and an outdoor shower available for guests. This area of the property also features stunning views on the hills.
