Situated on the coast 10 kms south of Syracuse, this luxury villa to rent in Sicily sits in a peaceful and spectacular seafront position in the area of Plemmirio, a marine protected area, with direct access to the sea and rocks below. As well as an easy drive from Syracuse and its historic centre, a longer drive of just over an hour will bring you to the famous Baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla. The nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari are within a 45 minute drive, and the pretty fishing villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero are around an hour’s drive south.
Inside the holiday villa the rooms are beautifully furnished, with the ground floor featuring glass sliding doors which open to the outdoor living area and swimming pool. The villa is equipped with every modern convenience including air conditioning and heating (in all rooms), computer workstation with Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. There is also, a washing machine and dryer, Sonos home sound system, a barbecue and a safe.
The luxury holiday villa rental in Sicily is surrounded by a lawn and gardens, also with a swimming pool (5.x 10m,1.3) which can be heated at 26 degrees). The pool deck has a retractable awning for those who prefer to sit in the shade. There is also a veranda with a barbecue and dining area.

Third Floor: sun terrace of over 100m2, with glass railings, and beautiful views to the southernmost trip of Sicily.
