The large estate here belongs to the Marchesa di Cassibile. and has been her family’s private seaside property. The luxury villa rental here is the only property here to have direct access to the beautiful Il Gelsomineto Marchesa beach. Guests will also be close to the Cassibile River, and the stunning gorge of Pantalica, with several thousand Neolithic tombs on its limestone cliffs. Both Siracusa and Noto are close by, and there are also wonderful hiking opportunities in the Cava Grande di Cassibile.

The original building here has been renovated sympathetically throughout to create a contemporary villa, with all modern comforts. The villa is surrounded by a large private garden with beautiful views over a citrus grove to the sea. The outdoor space at the luxury villa to rent in Sicily also includes a large furnished terrace, and an infinity swimming pool with sea views, and a barbecue area.

The accommodation at the luxury holiday rental in Sicily is on two levels, with the ground floor having a large living room with a fireplace and TV, and a dining room, both with sea views. On this level there is also a well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The others three bedrooms are upstairs, and can be accessed by a contemporary, glass-walled staircase, or by a lift.

• Please note: Two family dogs live on the premises. They are accustomed to guests and will be securely confined during your arrival and stay; however, there is a small chance they may escape from their enclosure. Additionally, children under the age of 10 are only permitted on the property under strict parental supervision and only if the required disclaimer has been signed.
