The Via Germanico Penthouse apartment rental offers a luxurious and modern living experience, set in a beautiful historical building on the 5th floor, accessible by elevator. Please note that there are five steps on the ground floor leading to the elevator.
Upon entering the penthouse, you are greeted by a beautifully decorated contemporary-style Living Room. The space is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a sofa that comfortably seats up to three people, complemented by four armchairs. To the left of the living area, a large rectangular glass dining table is perfectly positioned next to the windows, seating up to eight people, making it an ideal space for gatherings.
Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped Kitchen, boasting modern appliances and a complete set of elegant dishware and glassware. The spacious kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, with ample counter space and a stylish design. Continuing from the kitchen, you enter the dining room, which is adorned with contemporary art pieces. The Dining Room is directly connected to the third bedroom/Reading Room and features access to the terrace through a French window, with two steps leading down to the outdoor space. The dining room also comfortably seats up to eight guests, making it perfect for intimate dinners or family meals.
The bedrooms are situated in a dedicated area of the penthouse, accessible via a corridor from the main living spaces. The Master Bedroom, measuring 40m², is a beautifully designed space with a king-size cognac-coloured bed. Old hat boxes serve as bedside tables, and a design trunk functions as the TV stand.
