The modern Via Germanico Penthouse apartment rental is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful historical building and it is accessible via elevator. Please note that on the ground floor there are 5 steps to reach the elevator.

Upon entrance, you will encounter a beautifully decorated contemporary style living room.

Living Room: it boasts a sofa that seats  up to 3 people and 4 comfortable armachairs. A large rectangular glass dining table (seats up to 8 people) just located in the left side of the living room, next to the windows.

Kitchen: the full equipped large kitchen boasts modern appliances, pots and elegant dishware and glassware sets.

Dining Room: coming from the kitchen, you will find the modern dining room which has access to the terrace via a French window with two steps. It boasts a large square table that seats up to 8 guests. The room is also beautiful decorated and boasts contemporary art pieces. The dining room directly connects the Reading Room/Bedroom nr. 3, the bedrooms area and the kitchen.

Bedrooms:

The master and Bedroom 2 are located in the bedrooms area of the apartment and connected to the rest of the living areas with a corridor.

Master Bedroom (40mq): This well decorated bedroom boasts a king-size cognac bed, old hat boxes as bedside tables and a design trunk as TV table. This spacious modern bedroom has ensuite bathroom with a double bath next to the window and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 (25 sqm): has double windows and boasts a queen sized bed which can be split in two single beds if required. This bedroom features a piano, large desk, design armchair. The luxury marble bathroom is just opposite the bedroom.

Bedroom 3 (upon request): Second living area, adjacent to the dining area boasts a comfortable sofa which holds 2 people that can be made up as a bed upon request. The bathroom is located is easily accessible from the corridor and it is shared with bedroom nr. 2

Guest Bathroom: half bathroom just opposite to the living room.

Terrace (20mq): The Via Germanico Penthouse apartment rental terrace is equipped with two design lounge chairs and table and give breath taking views of Rome, the Eternal City.
