Bedroom 3 (10mq): this bedroom features a sofa bed that can either be converted into a double bed or into two twins bed.

Bathroom 3: this bright marble bathroom features  a shower.

Upper Floor 

The upper floor can be reached via an internal wooden staircase.

Private hammam: located at the top of the stairs and blends in with the wooden decor of the floor.

Living areas: the bright living open space features a kitchen with high spec amenities and a sitting area with a sofa and coffee table facing a smart tv. There are plenty of windows that allow sunshine in and offer breath taking views of the city and direct access to the terrace via two steps.
