This stunning Valle dei Casali luxury villa for rent in Rome is located in one of the most exclusive and quieter areas of the city, known as “Valle dei Casali”. The villa is inside the city’s greenest spot, only 5 kms from the Vatican and few minutes drive from the charming Trastevere area. Various banks, pharmacies, supermarkets and bars are reachable, just a few steps from the villa. All of Rome’s major historical, artistic and commercial attractions are easily accessible. Close to this rental villa there is also the stop of the tram number 8, which reaches the very heart of the city in a few minutes.

The villa is set in the grounds with a large private garden with a heated swimming pool. The garden has plenty of greenery with carefully tended trees, flowers and plants. The garden has several fully equipped lounge areas where you can sit, eat and relax. The swimming pool area is fitted with sunshade parasols, lounge chairs, sunbeds and a shower. The beautiful villa, which was built in the late 1960s by a renowned Roman industrialist, is elegant and spacious. It has been recently renovated, while retaining the original architecture and its traditional décor.

5 Bedrooms – Up t0 10 Guests

This villa offers a well-appointed and spacious layout spread across three floors, providing a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere for guests. On the Ground Floor, the entrance hall leads into the large living room, which includes two separate seating areas, one with a cozy fireplace. The separate Dining Room is bright and airy, comfortably seating up to 12 people for meals. The modern Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, including two French windows opening to the garden and BBQ area. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom on this floor and a Double Bedroom suite with an en-suite bathroom.

Moving up to the First Floor, there are Four Double Bedroom suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering plenty of space and privacy for guests. Three of these suites feature private balconies, allowing guests to enjoy fresh air and views.

The Basement provides extra amenities, including a fully equipped fitness room and a guest bathroom.

Throughout the villa, all six suites are equipped with modern heating and air conditioning systems, as well as satellite TV. The bathrooms are stocked with luxury Acqua di Parma toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and hairdryers. Two twin rooms are available, which can be arranged as doubles upon request.
