The first apartment is on the palazzo’s first floor above ground level and offers a master bedroom, a single bedroom and a mezzanine to accommodate another 2 guests within the same room. This apartment has 3 bathrooms and a good-sized living room and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment rental’s private terrace can be accessed from this apartment’s kitchen. The second apartment is located on the second and third floors of the palazzo. On the lower level there is the master bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed can accommodate 3 guests, is also equipped with sauna and jacuzzi.

There are two other bedrooms, one for 2 and one for 1 person, and a double sofa bed in the living room. Three bathrooms with showers are available for our guests. On the upper floor guests can find a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, each with en-suite bathrooms. The living room with a kitchenette are located on the main floor. The first apartment is the one on the First Floor above ground level and composed of a Master Bedroom, a Single Bedroom, a mezzanine with a Double Bedroom, a separate Living Room with a Sofa Bed, for 9 people maximum. The space is completed by 3 bathrooms with showers, a welcoming dining room with a large table, and a kitchen. A beautiful and ample terrace can be accessed from the kitchen. An outdoor lounge, chairs and Dining Table are an ideal ambiance to relax all together after a long day of sightseeing in the city. This level is equipped with air conditioning and floor heating.

• Bedroom 2: 1 x Single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower
• Bedroom 3 (Mezzanine): 1 x Double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower

The second apartment is located on the Second Floor above ground and is in itself divided on two floors. On the lower level there is a Master Bedroom with a double bed and Sofa Bed and it is also equipped with sauna and jacuzzi. There is one other Bedroom, making it one for 2 people and one for 1 person. Five bathrooms with showers in total are available for our guests.

2 Bedrooms – Up to 4 Guests

On the upper floor our guests can find a Double Bedroom and a Single Bedroom with two single beds, each with en-suite bathrooms. The Living Room with a Kitchenette is situated on the main floor, so the entire group can gather around the large dining table for a savory dinner!
