Located on the fifth floor of a historic building and accessible via a lift, we go through an entrance hall, where all the ensuite bedrooms and the kitchen are.

The living room, accessed from the entrance hall via an impressive spiral staircase, boasts panoramic views of the Colosseum and provides access to a veranda and terrace where it is possible to have exclusive gatherings.

Despite its central location, the Colosseum Penthouse serves as an ideal base for a peaceful getaway and exploring much of the city on foot.

Colosseum Penthouse is situated on the fifth floor and accessible via lift. The penthouse spans over two floors and is internally connected via an elegant spiral staircase that is located in the entry hallway.

Lower Floor:

Kitchen: located on the right of the entrance hallway, it well equipped with modern amenities.

Bedroom 1: It offers a queen-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, stunning views of the Colosseum and an ensuite with a spacious tub shower and double vanity.  additional views of the Colosseum.

Master Bedroom: This elegantly decorated suite compromises of a sitting room with sumptuous armchairs,  antique books, a sealed fireplace and panoramic views of the Colosseum. The bedroom offers a draped king-size bed, a desk, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite with a jacuzzi tub in polished white Lasa marble.

The bedroom is lined with exclusive bespoke Italian carpentry craftmanship.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom features a queen-size bed and an ensuite.

This bedroom overlooks the Domus Aurea archeological site and lush Oppian Hill.

Powder Room: is located just on the left side of the entrance hallway. This beautifully decorated half-bathroom also has a sink and WC.

 

Upper Floor:

The spiral staircase leads directly into the elegant and bright living areas, which boasts elegant sofas and has stunning views of the Colosseum throughout.

The dining room is slightly tucked away and offers a large table and has a dumbwaiter that connects to the kitchen below. On the right side of the living room, there is direct access to the veranda.

Veranda: It is accessible all year round, thanks to its enclosed and the glass panels can be open if needed. It offers a comfortable built-in sofa, a card table and upholstered armchairs. When the weather permits, the veranda sliding doors can be opened and it becomes a seamless addition to the terrace, which is furnished with iron outdoor furniture.

Both the veranda and terrace overlooks the Colosseum.
