Situated within its own grounds, this luxury villa to rent on Sifnos sits near the beach and the picturesque fishing village at Vathi, on the south-west of the island. The long beach offers a good choice of cafés and restaurants along the seafront, while just 300m away from the property, there is also a yacht dock. For historical interest, the area is home to one of the most important archaeological sites of Sifnos, with findings from the Mycenean to the Hellenistic times, including an archaeological museum. The accommodation at the luxury holiday villa rental on Sifnos is in three buildings and offers many amenities for guests.  Building A houses the main living and dining room and kitchen, as well as the master bedroom suite, which has a private living area and veranda. Building B also offers a master bedroom, living area and private veranda, as well as two further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Building C is on two levels with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on each level. Amenities include individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fans, and flat screen TV, including a master TV room on the basement level of Building A, with 3D TV (and 6 pairs of 3D glasses). There is Wi-Fi access to the internet and iPod stands in all rooms, as well as a hairdryer, beach and pool towels and bath amenities in the bathrooms.

Guests at the luxury villa to rent on the island of Sifnos will have access to a hamman and gym in the basement of Building A.  There is also an outdoor living and dining area. Outdoor amenities include a private sea water swimming pool, a tennis court, and a children’s playground.  Sea sports equipment (one 3-seat kayak, one surfboard, snorkelling equipment for 5 people) are available for guests. Skippered boats can also be arranged for day trips to neighbouring islands such as Serifos, Milos or Paros.
