Villa Apokofto benefits from breath-taking sunsets and dramatic views of the Aegean sea and combines stone whitewashed walls with contemporary designer furnishings that create a bright and relaxing environment.

As we step outdoors, we find large verandas adorned with chic outdoor seating areas and a charming dining table, perfect for leisurely alfresco meals.

This luxury property compromises of two distinct structures, the main villa and the guest house, which is located just a few steps away.

The main building spans over two floors and boasts a long balcony and two spacious verandas overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Villa Apokofto enjoys a prime location mere minutes away from some of the best beaches in Sifnos, including Chrysopigi, Apokofto, and Platis Gialos, offering convenient access to the island’s pristine shores.

With its proximity to Apollonia, the main town in Sifnos, Villa Apokofto provides easy access to amenities while being immersed in unspoiled nature and is surrounded by enchanting hiking trails.

8 bedrooms (6 in the main building and 2 in the guest house) – up to 14 guests

Main Building:

The main building spans over two floors: upper floor (at street level, where the entrance is) and lower floor, which is accessible via stairs.

Upper Floor: The living areas and 2 of the ensuite bedrooms are located at the end of the long corridor on the upper floor.

Living Room: Upon entrance there is a round card table with 4 designer chairs. On the other side there is the large L-shaped white sofa, the Smart TV, coffee table, a sleek fireplace. large windows and splendid views of the Aegean Sea.  There is also direct access to the veranda.

Kitchen: Well-appointed kitchen with modern amenities with a dining table that 6 guests. It is located just at the back and separated from the living room and has direct access on the second veranda.

Master Bedroom/Bedroom 1: This large and bright bedroom is located at the very end of the corridor. It boasts a super king size bed, a large wardrobe and ensuite with double sink and shower.

Bedroom 2: It offers twin beds and an ensuite with shower.

Lower Floor: Bedrooms 3 & 4 are located towards the end of the long corridor, while bedrooms 5 & 6 is on the right of the stairs and accessible from the bathroom.

Bedrooms 3: This bedroom offers twin beds and ensuite with shower.

Bedrooms 4: This bedroom offers twin beds and has access to a separate bathroom with shower. Please note that when all the bedrooms are booked, Bedroom 4 will share the ensuite with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 5 & 6: They are accessible from the bathroom and offer a single bed each. Neither of these rooms has A/C.

Guest House:

It is located on the right side of the veranda, just a few metres away from the main building and is also seafront. This guest house is perfect for a family of 4 with children.

Kitchenette: The kitchenette is at the entrance of the guest house and it is fully equipped for maximum comfort of the guests.

Master Bedroom/Bedroom 7: It offers a queen size bed and has its own private ensuite with shower.

Bedroom 8: It has twin beds and a separate bathroom with shower. The bathroom is on the left side of the kitchenette.

Outdoor Highlights:

Villa Apokofto II has a large lovely veranda with various seating arrangements and a dining table for amazing seafront alfrescoes dinners. The property is immersed in the perfectly manicured garden and surrounded by the lush  Cycladic landscape.

Located on Sifnos, Villa Apokofto I, is just a 10 minutes drive from the main town, Apollonia and a few minutes drive from some of the beaches of the islands, such as Chrysopigi, Apokofto and Platis Gialos.

For history lovers, the area is home to one of the most important archaeological sites of Sifnos, with findings from the Mycenean to the Hellenistic times, including an archaeological museum.
