This luxury property spans over two floors, it is connected via external path and it is fully airconditioned. On each floor there is a well-appointed kitchen with modern amenities and a living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs.

First Floor: 3 bedrooms with walk-in shower + 1 guest bathroom 

Master Bedroom: On the left wing of the lower floor, it boasts a large double bed, a smart TV, a high-to-ceiling wardrobe and even has a small sitting room area with a comfortable sofa. It has two accesses onto the front terrace via two door windows and has stunning views of the Aegean Sea.

Bedroom 2: located just next to the master bedroom – this area can be entirely dedicated to a family of 4. This room offers two twin bedrooms.

Bedroom 3: tucked on the right of the living area, this room offers twin beds.

Second Floor:4 ensuite bedrooms with walk-in shower + 1 guest bathroom 

Bedroom 4: This spacious bedroom offers two twins and a very large ensuite with double sink.

Bedroom 5: on the right of the living room at the lower floor, there is another spacious bedroom with a large wardrobe and an ensuite and has direct access to the veranda.

Bedroom 6 & 7: this bedrooms are located on the left wing of the lower floor. One of them has a super king size bed and the other one has twin beds.

Outdoor Highlights:

Villa Apokofto I offers ample outdoor spaces, various seating areas for admiring the sunsets, a veranda and two terraces.

Swimming Pool: the large seafront swimming pool is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers.

Veranda: it is shaded and located just outside the main entrance, next to a lush tree. It offers a dining table with comfortable chairs.

Terrace 1: this terrace has stone walls and is shaded. It is accessible from the living room on the upper floor.

Terrace 2:  it is next to the pool and offers a long dining table and another sitting area on one side with comfortable wicker outdoor furniture.

Located on Sifnos, Villa Apokofto I, is just a 10 minutes drive from the main town, Apollonia and a few minutes drive from some of the beaches of the islands, such as Chrysopigi, Apokofto and Platis Gialos.

For history lovers, the area is home to one of the most important archaeological sites of Sifnos, with findings from the Mycenean to the Hellenistic times, including an archaeological museum.
