Vathi Stone House

Situated on a hillside, this luxury villa to rent on the island of Sifnos, is set on a plateau with wonderful 360 degree views over the port of Vathi, as well as several Aegean islands. Recently built (in 2022) on a plateau (5.600m²), a path just outside the house leads down to beautiful Vathi beach, which can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot, or 10 minutes by car. A 4-wheel drive car is recommended, as the last 1km that leads to the house is only partially paved.

The villa is made up of three separate houses, with 7 bedrooms in total, making the accommodation the perfect holiday villa for two families, or a group of friends wanting to enjoy both privacy, and easy access to the coast and beach. There is also a 3-car shaded parking area.

Outside the luxury villa rental on Sifnos there is a 400m² beautifully landscaped courtyard planted with mature olive, carob, and wild pear trees. There is also a swimming pool (14,5m x 3,5m and salinated), an outdoor cooking area with a Weber BBQ and an outdoor shower. There are two outdoor dining areas which can accommodate up to 16 people.

Main House:

Living room (100m2) with an open plan kitchen, and large windows benefitting from fabulous views to the sea to the south and the west, and to the mountains, east and north. The living room opens to the swimming pool and a spacious shaded sitting area. Separate utility room. The 3 bedrooms here have en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. The master bedroom opens to its own private terrace with views to the village of Vathi. The other two rooms face the mountains northwest. All bedrooms here have queen-size beds.

Second House:

The 2 bedrooms here also have queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, as well as walk-in wardrobes. Each bedroom has access to a private shaded terrace overlooking the sea and nearby islands.

Third House:

There are two bedrooms here, which share one large bathroom and a kitchenette. These rooms open to a private terrace and an ancient ‘aloni’ (threshing floor). The bedrooms have  four single beds which can also be made up as 2 king size beds.
