This luxury villa for rent on Naxos is located just 130m from a semi-private beach and 700m from the famous Agios Prokopios Beach. Known for its fine white sand and crystal-clear waters, Agios Prokopios was once the old port of Naxos and is named after the church at the end of the beach, dedicated to Saint Prokopios, whose feast day is celebrated on 8 July each year. The area also offers a wide range of amenities, including convenience stores, beach bars, water sports facilities, restaurants, and cafés.

Despite its close proximity to the coast, the villa is a haven of peace and tranquility. Guests can relax on one of the furnished verandas and enjoy the sea views, or unwind by the private swimming pool (50 m²). The villa is set within a 2,000 m² mature garden featuring vineyards, lemon trees, flowers, and a vegetable garden with tomatoes, aubergines, cucumbers, and herbs. There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, as well as an outdoor shower near the pool.
