Villa Phaea is a luxury villa rental within the compound of one of Crete’s best resorts, that lies between two of the best beaches of the island, Agios Nikolaos and Plaka beach.

Upper Floor

This fully-airconditioned luxury villa rental in Crete spreads across two floors and is connected via stairs.

Living & Dining area: This semi-open large living area features a generous dining area with a dining table that comfortably sits up to 8 people and a sitting room with two sumptuous ivory sofas and armchairs arranged around a stylish coffee table. This large bright room overlooks the pool and has sea views while having direct access to the pool area via French doors.

Kitchen: the spacious kitchen is well-equipped with the most modern amenities and everything necessary to prepare deliciously fresh meals.

Master Bedroom:  it features a canopy double-bed and a fireplace. Its en-suite features a double sink and a Jacuzzi bathtub.

Lower Floor

Please note that a total of two extra single beds/extra two guests can be added to either of the bedrooms on this floor upon request.

Bedroom 2: This spacious bedroom boasts a double-bed and two sumptuous armchairs and its en-suite features a double sink, a shower and a deep-soaking bathtub and has stunning views of the sea and direct access to the garden.

Bedroom 3: it boasts two twin beds and can be converted into a double bed upon request, a desk and comfortable sofa that sits 2 persons. Its en-suite features a double sink, a shower and a deep-soaking bathtub.

Gym room: this well equipped fitness suite features a treadmill, TMX equipment, weights, yoga mats and a wellness ball.

Outdoors highlights

Outdoors dining area: overlooking the sea and the pool, this shaded terrace features a large dining table and is equipped with a barbecue.

Swimming pool Deck: Immersed in the nature and overlooking the sea, the large swimming pool (35mq) is lined with sunloungers.
