Sitting within a private 5,000m² estate, Villa Perivolia is a luxury villa to rent on Crete, located in an elevated position in the town of Perivolia, in the northern foothills of the White Mountains. It boasts wonderful views over the town of Chania, just 4.5 km to the south. Chania has a fascinating history and is regarded as one of the most beautiful towns on Crete.

On a lower level from the holiday villa, there is a large lawned area with a heated swimming pool (11 x 4.5 m), surrounded by plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for guests to enjoy. One of the estate’s most unique features is an ancient olive tree with historical significance. Its base has a remarkable trunk perimeter of 13 metres, and it is said to have once been the only tree in the area. Today, it stands out for its immense size, with the main trunk dividing into five others, forming a vast, nest-like shape.

The interiors are beautifully furnished and fully equipped, featuring eight bedrooms, each with queen-size beds. The open-plan living and dining areas are bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto spacious terraces. The main living room offers comfortable sofas and a large TV, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Both the facilities and services are of an exceptionally high standard, while the villa still retains the warm, welcoming atmosphere of a private home.
