Upper Ground Floor
This floor is ideal for a family who want to ensure their privacy and comfort of four adults.
Presidential Bedroom: it boasts a private relaxing lounge space and a sleeping area that offers king size bed (1.8 X 2 m), a walk-in closet, has access to a balcony and has its own private office space. Its en-suite boasts a private heated Jacuzzi plunge pool and a large shower that can accommodate up to two people.
Bedroom 2: It offers two single beds (0.90 X 2 m) and its ensuite offers a bath basin with Jacuzzi fixtures.
Ground Floor Level
Living room 1 & 2: There are two common areas, both boasting a fireplace, large sumptous sofas and contemporary decor and art pieces.
Kitchen: this spacious kitchen is well equipped with the most modern amenities and has direct access to the outdoor kitchen area.
Guest WC: The guest WC is accessible from the kitchen
Dining Room: This luminous room boasts a large dining table that can sit up to 10 guests and has direct access to the pool deck via large glass sliding doors.
Outdoor terrace: directly accessible from the dining room, this loggia features a wicker sitting area and overlooks the sea.
Bedroom 3: small distinct studio that offers a queen-size bed (1.60 X 2 m), a separated sitting room that features a double sofa bed that can accommodate two extra guests upon request* and an ensuite with shower.
This studio also has direct access to the swimming pool deck.
Lower Ground Area
All the rooms of this floor overlook the garden and have panoramic views of the sea and the Old Town.

**Studio Flat: This suite is located on a separate section of the floor and has its own entrance. It sleeps 2-3 people upon request at an extra fee and can accommodate our guests ‘s staff or additional guests at an extra fee. It offers a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a living area with a well equipped kitchenette.
Living Room 3: In this living room there is a TV, a desk, an acquarium and plenty of board games.
Fitness Studio: It is fully equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, weights and exercise mats.
Relaxing Area: There is a spa area that offers a Turkish steam bath, a Scandinavian sauna and a massage space – this room overlooks the garden.
Outdoor Highlights:
Outdoor Kitchen: There is a well equipped kitchen on the ground floor outdoor area and there are a BBQ and a pizza oven (wood) at the disposal of the guests.
Swimming Pool deck: The infinity heated* swimming pool (11 X 7 m) at ground level and is located on the roof of the lower ground floor. It also offers a hydro massage. The deck is also equipped with 6 beach chairs, 2 leaves for sunbathing, shaded areas, outdoor music system and a pool shower. On this deck you will also find a Pool Bar well-equipped with a fridge, a sink and stools.
Cave Sitting Room: It fosters intimate conversation and boasts a large U-shaped sofa.
Playground: There is a well equipped area with a slide in the lower garden.
