It also includes a private office space for added convenience. The en-suite bathroom is an oasis of relaxation, boasting a heated Jacuzzi plunge pool and a large shower designed for two. The Second Bedroom on this level offers two single beds (90cm x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bath basin equipped with Jacuzzi fixtures.

On the Ground Floor Level, two elegant living rooms create inviting spaces to unwind, each featuring a fireplace, sumptuous sofas, and contemporary décor adorned with art pieces. The spacious and modern kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and has direct access to the outdoor kitchen area. A guest WC is conveniently located near the kitchen. The luminous dining room, with its large table accommodating up to ten guests, seamlessly connects to the pool deck through expansive glass sliding doors.
