This luxury villa rental in Crete features two ensuite bedrooms with access to balconies overlooking the sea on the first floor and the four remaining bedrooms on the lower ground floor. Two of them have ensuites have garden access and sea view and the other two bedrooms on the lower floor have access to the internal garden and shares a detached bathroom. and are shared with 1 bathroom detached near them (all the bedrooms have king size beds). The garden adorned with lush plants and vegetation, such as olive and locust trees.

The bedrooms offer king size beds and comfortably host up to 12 guests, some of them have direct access to the lower garden, while the others sit at the top floor of the house and have access to their own private balcony with glass banister railings that ensure spectacular Aegean views. The ample open space living room and kitchen also have with window-doors that gives direct access to the outdoor siting area and kitchen and leads to the impressive infinity swimming pool. The village of Plaka and the pristine beach are just within a few minutes away – however, please note that the beach can be reached via stairs.

This luxury villa in Crete is fully airconditioned and spreads over three floors and is connected via lift. All of the bedrooms are airconditioned are between 20 and 25 m².

Ground floor

On the ground level we find the large open space kitchen and living room. This area has large sliding glass doors that give direct access to the swimming pool terrace and outdoor dining area and boasts incredible views of the sea.

Living room and dining room: The living room offers a large L-shaped sofa and two armchairs arranged around a stylish coffee table. It is directly connected to the large dining area that boasts an elegant rectangular dining table that sit 12 people.

Kitchen: The open plan kitchen offers the most modern equipment. including a wine fridge and a floating working island that can also sit 4 guests.

First floor

Bedroom 1: this bedroom offers a king size bed and an ensuite with a jacuzzi bath and a shower and has a private balcony with glass banister railings that ensure spectacular Aegean views.

Lower Ground floor 

Bedroom 3: this bedroom offers a king size bed and shares the bathroom with bedroom 4

Bedroom 5 & 6: these bedrooms offer a king size bed and an ensuite with a double jacuzzi bath and a shower each. They also have access to the garden and boast sea view.

On the lower floor you will also find a sofa area and a foosball table.

Outdoor highlights:

Outdoor dining area: on the left side of the terrace, we find the shaded dining area with a long rectangular table and comfortable chairs and sofa that can sit up to 12 guests. Outside, you will also find the ping pong table.

Outdoor kitchen: just adjacent to the outdoor dining are and also protected from the sun, we find this well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and sink that also boasts a counter that can become a bar with two tall chairs.

Swimming pool area: the infinity swimming pool (5x10mq and 1.50m depth) faces Spinalonga and is lined by sunloungers and a comfortable L-shaped sofa. Here, there is also a guest bathroom with a sink and a wc.
