Elounda Plaka Villa I enjoys dramatic sea views and it spreads over three floors set into the slope and internally connected via lift. There are a total of five double bedrooms: four of them have sea view and one has access to an intimate internal garden.

The perfectly adorned living room and kitchen also have with window-doors that either connect with the patio or stunning internal gardens below. Some of the outdoor highlights includes an infinity swimming pool that blends with the sky and the Aegean sea, a well-equipped outdoor kitchen and a bbq for enchanting alfresco dinners. Elounda Plaka Villa I also offers easy access to the little fishermen village of Plaka, Spinalonga and walk to the beach below via stairs. It also caters to nature and fitness lovers as it offers a well-equipped fitness studio and a hammam.

The villa spreads over three floors and is internally connected via lift. Four of the bedrooms have a marble ensuite each, while one of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a detached bathroom. All bedrooms are between 20 and 25 m².

Ground level (open space):

Living room and dining room: The living room offers a large L-shaped sofa and two armchairs arranged around a smart TV. It is directly connected to the large dining area that boasts an elegant rectangular dining table that sit 10 people. The dining room has large sliding glass doors that give direct access to the swimming pool patio and outdoor dining area.

Kitchen: The open plan kitchen offers the most modern equipment. including a wine fridge and a floating working island that can also sit 4 guests.

Lower ground floor:

At the lower ground level this villa contains 2 bedrooms with garden access and sea view and the third bedroom has access to the internal garden (all the bedrooms contain king size beds)! In addition, this villa at the lower ground level contains one sauna room and one hammam room, a ping pong table, a football table and gym equipment

Bedroom 1 & 2: They both have a king bed and they all have direct access to the garden and face the sea and have a marble ensuite with a double sink and a jacuzzi bath and shower each.

Bedroom 3:  This lovely bedroom features a king size bed and shares the bathroom with Bedroom 1 and is directly connected to the Wellness hall that has access to an internal garden. It has a detached bathroom with a shower that is located next to the hammam.

Wellness hall: right in the spacious hall of the lower floor that gives  access to all of the bedrooms on this floor, we find a sitting area with two sofas facing each other and the technogym equipment on the left side of the room. Here, you will also find a hammam, sauna, a foosball and ping pong table. It also has access to the internal garden.

First floor:

Bedroom 4:  it features  a king size bed , a vanity table and a  marble ensuite with a double sink and a jacuzzi bath. It also has direct access to its own private balconies with outdoor seating furniture overlooking the sea.

Outdoor highlights

The outdoor dining area and swimming pool are at ground floor level, while the gardens are on the lower floor level.

Outdoor kitchen and dining area: the ample well-equipped outdoor kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a BBQ, and is directly accessible to the shaded outdoor dining area that seats up to 10 guests.

Swimming Pool (5x10mq and 1.50m depth): the stunning infinity pool faces the sea and is lined by sun lounger and a comfortable day bed. Here, there is also a guest bathroom with a sink and a wc.

Garden: the well-manicured garden terrace is sea front and offers outdoor furniture for children, including a swing and a slide.

It is just a few minutes walk away from the traditional village of Plaka, that offers shops, artisan markets and delicious tavernas.  It is under a 15 minutes drive away from Agios Nikolaos and small minor beaches with pebbles and pristine waters. Plaka and Elounda also offer some of the most important historical sites of the island, such as the Venetian fortress of Spinalonga and the sunken city of Olous.
