Main building
Ground Floor:
Kitchen: Sleek and modern well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The floating countertop with sink is perfect for a quick bite, complemented by two stylish tall stools. The kitchen connects to the living room via a large arched doorway opening.
Dining Room: It offers a large rectangular dining table with comfortable upholstered chairs for up to 12 guests. With direct access to the front terrace and pool deck, and stairs leading to the upper floor and living room, convenience meets elegance in this space.
Terrace 1/Loggia: This covered area boasts a large dining table for alfresco dining, has access to a BBQ and direct access to the gardens and pool.
First Floor:
Living room: the living room connects the two master bedrooms on the first floor and is accessible via stairs. This elegant communal area boasts earthy décor, 2 sumptuous leather sofas, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table and a luxury designer armchair. Needless to say that this spacious room has stunning views on the sea and has direct access to a large balcony.
Balcony: It has wicker outdoor furniture, ideal for late-night drinks while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze.
Bedrooms:
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are located on the ground floor and the two Master Bedrooms (Bedroom 4 and 5) are located on the first floor and are accessible via stairs.
Bedroom 1 (Room 17,5 m2): It boasts a queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom (7 m2) with shower.
Bedroom 2 (Room 18 m2): it offers a king size bed and shares the bathroom with a tub with Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 (Room 17,4 m2): it offers a queen size bed, shares the bathroom with Bedroom 2 and has direct access to the front terrace.
Bedroom 4 (22,65 m2): it offers a king size bed, has a private balcony with sea view, a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower
Bedroom 5 (22,65 m2): it offers a king size bed, has a private balcony with sea view, a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with double sink, a tub and shower
Guest House/Annexe
Just on the side of the house, there is the guest house, where the sixth bedroom is located.
Bedroom 6 (25,5 m2): It offers two twin beds which can be converted to a double, a bathroom with shower and tub and a wardrobe. It has views on the beautiful garden and direct access to the swimming pool.
Outdoor Highlights:
Swimming pool Area: Just in front of the main building there is a large swimming pool that can also be heated upon request. It is surrounded by lounges for guests’ comfort. The pool area also features a stylish fountain, adding a touch of sophistication to the ambiance.
Gardens: the swimming pool area is immersed in the well-manicured garden, featuring palms and Mediterranean vegetation.
Gazebo: Descend into the secondary garden area, we find a luxury furniture gazebo, which stands right in front of the forest and offers a secluded space for meditating or simply reading a good book.

Perched just above Trsteno Arboretum, the historical botanical garden where some of the most iconic scenes in Games of Thrones were filmed, Villa Trsteno is also located withing walking distance to a small supermarket and just a 15 minutes walk away from the iconic harbour of Trsteno.
