Designed as a retreat by, and for, the well known Russian soccer player, Toni Šunjić this luxury villa rental in Croatia offers all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday – from its swimming pool (8 x 3.5m) and Jacuzzi, to its comfortable private spaces. To the side of the living room on a lower level, there is also a private shaded terrace with outdoor kitchen with barbecue, a dining table seating 10, and a wall-mounted TV screen. Built on a hillside, there is a garage with two parking spaces at the lowest level of the property.

The open-plan living and dining room  and fully equipped kitchen have high ceilings and large sliding doors, and all the rooms are light, and very comfortably furnished. The living area also has a very large TV/LCD screen. T

Villa Stikovica II has five bedrooms. One sits behind a discreet passage which backs the kitchen and conceals a small service area with a laundry room and a guest toilette.

The other four bedrooms are on the upper floor. All bedrooms share a comfortable design, have an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony. With large closets, vanity tables and all the amenities you might need, they easily grow on you like a second home.
